My advice is to be as holistic and logical in your approach as possible. I have been able to reduce the pain I live with through adjusting my diet, and hope to continue to do so, and to see more improvement as time passes and I become more and more disciplined and knowledgeable. My health is very complex, I have multiple health conditions; some people will achieve far better, faster results than I have, others may be frustrated with the results they achieve. Optimal health means different things to different individuals, but for everyone, it is the ideal state to strive for, on our journey towards wellness.
