Those of us who are lactose-intolerant are forced to eliminate dairy from our diets, and go lactose-free.

This is healthier for everyone, and especially or those with digestive issues.
Coconut products, and nuts and seeds made into milks and cheeses, can all replace dairy products, and are more nutritious, easier to digest, healthier and tastier in many ways.
Who wants to be involved in the suffering of animals anyway?
