My twin sister, Anna, is mad on smoothies, she pours over recipes, and delights in all variations, and so I knew we had to work together to put her favourite smoothies out there for everyone to enjoy. Last time I was home, in a whirlwind of pre-wedding preparation (Anna is my maid of honour), we found time to whip up the smoothie of her choice (and guzzle it down in record speed). It was so much fun!
This is an action shot of Anna and I at our birthday party, blowing out the candles and making a wish. Anna is a real inspiration, she copes with a lot health-wise and when asked will always say she’s had a fantastic day, and mean it. She’s the sweetest, cuddliest, funniest person I know (as long as you don’t keep her waiting too long, then you’ve had it…), and is an avid, and very good, Scrabble player. As twins, we share a lot of interests, and are both artists, writers, love the water, and animals, and are both food-mad! And we always talk about what we’ve had or are going to have for dinner, in a really enthusiastic way!

LOVE LIFE LIKE ANNA! ♥
- 2 cups of raspberries
- 3 ripe peaches
- 1/2 can of coconut milk
- 1 banana
- 6 drops of stevia (or to taste)
Wack it all in the blender and give it a blitz! Drink fresh and zingy!
Add water, coconut water or whatever you fancy for a more liquid smoothie, it is quite thick!
Use the natural sweetener of your choice, or go without, it's so delicious ♥
